Daily Shuttle Between Jasper and Marmot Basin

A shuttle operates daily throughout the ski season (typically from late December into April), providing multiple departure times from Jasper townsite hotels to Marmot Basin and return rides in the afternoon.

Typical Morning Departures from Jasper

First shuttle from a cluster of hotels (such as Forest Park Hotel, Marmot Lodge, Tonquin Inn) around 8:00 AM.

Subsequent pickups at nearby hotels (Chateau Jasper, Jasper Inn, Crimson Hotel, Astoria Hotel) follow in the next few minutes.

There is often a later morning departure around 9:30–11:45 AM from the same stops. These morning runs arrive at Marmot Basin generally between 8:50 AM and 12:35 PM (exact timing depends on the departure grouping).

Return Shuttle Times from Marmot Basin

Afternoon shuttles typically depart the resort around 1:30 PM, 3:00 PM, and sometimes 4:30 PM, returning you back to your Jasper pickup point.

Cost and Booking

The shuttle is inexpensive (around $10 return per person regardless of age) and includes room for ski/snowboard gear. Advance booking is recommended but same-day tickets may be available if space permits.
