Wild boar bacon stuffed free range chicken breast Spicy mango pineapple tequila sauce Agave glazed baby carrots Rice with vegetables.

Second course: Fiddle River Restaurant
Pan seared Alberta Elk Striploin with fresh herbs Okanagan Merlot demi-glace Quebec maple spaghetti squash vegetable and potatoes.

Third course: Olive Bistro
4 Peppercorn & Herb Dusted Bison Tenderloin Sweet Potato Haystack North of the Border Maple Espresso BBQ Sauce Tangerine and Cherry Compote.


This Jasper in January, Jasper will celebrate the second annual Food-A-Palooza. As the name suggests, Jasper will be brewing with mouth-watering menus. Food-A-Palooza is a culinary "crawl" to compliment a weekend of culinary excitement which features events such as Mountain Park Lodge's "Chili Cook Off", Sawridge's "Hops and Scotch" and Jasper's Progressive Dinner. Food-A-Palooza will run Friday, January 30th to Sunday, February 1st.
